The term Alchemy means "transformation" and its implication is far beyond simply creating gold from lead as it is rooted in a complex spiritual worldview also called "Spiritual Alchemy" where everything contains a universal spirit as everything is alive.
The transformation we seek in this program is to alchemise our experience of reality by healing the body, mind and soul. Aligning all elements of our being so we can step into our true self and merge with our souls mission for this life.

Transforming Pain into Purpose
The Body
When we look at healing trauma and the attached emotional wounds we cannot ignore the body and the pain it carries for us.
​
There is so much innate wisdom stored in our bodies, not only does it know intuitively how to remove trauma through movement, it has also the ability to communicate what we need in its unique way.
​
You will learn how to listen to your body and with specific body & mind techniques you will be able to move trauma and tensions out of your body to set the fundament for your healing journey.
The Mind
When we work with the mind, not only do we use hypnosis to communicate with your subconscious mind but also use this state to receive guidance from your higher mind which carries so much more knowledge than your subconscious mind ever could.

By working with the higher mind, instant healing and direct guidance can be achieved. Complete healing is often said to be a life long journey, however, I have started to question this statement as we have experienced great shifts through these techniques, which you will have learned and practiced enough by the end of our work together.

This knowledge will not only help you navigate your healing in its most efficient and gentle way but also help you understand yourself and how you work better.
The Soul
There has always been a communication between the soul and us as its avatar in this life time. Unfortunately, we have misinterpreted its messages and guidance and lost the ability to tune in to what we are here for or what our soul wants to experience in this lifetime.

In some cultures it is said that with each trauma or emotional pain one piece of your soul splits off, which is also called dissociation in the world of psychology. Through healing the underlying trauma we can become whole again and open the channels (also called intuition) to tune into our mission and what our souls came here to experience so we can step into and live a higher purpose.​
